Processing Time

Our processing time is 1-3 Working days, to make and pack your order. 

Postage

Postage is Free for UK orders, items are sent with 48 Hour Royal Mail (estimated delivery time of 2-3 days)

Upgrade to Royal Mail 24 £4.50 (estimated delivery time of 1-3 days)

Upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery £9.99 (next day delivery - excludes weekends)

International Postage

Our International Postage is £9.99 delivery times (estimated 3-7 business days)

This is for standard International Airmail. This is NOT a Tracked service. 

Postage can be upgraded to a tracked service £14.99 

Due to major changes with regards to the EU Value Added Tax (VAT) that came into effect on 1 July 2021 we no longer ship to the EU countries via our website we DO ship to EU via our ETSY shop which you can find here.

Please ensure you are aware of the import duties that may arise for your country. Not a Jewellery Box accepts no liability for import duties, fees or other costs once your order has been despatched.

IMPORTANT - We reserve the right to hold an order and contact you if the postage amount charged does not reflect the actual cost of postage, this would mainly affect orders of multiple items. 

Returns

Not a Jewellery Box are happy to accept returns providing the following conditions are met:

• You must email us prior to returning an item - sales@notajewellerybox.co.uk

• Personalised items are non-returnable - however, if the personalisation has not been applied to the product the item itself may be returned.

• Items must be returned within 14 Days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition

• Please include your order details with the return, we recommend obtaining a receipt as evidence of postage.

• You are responsible for the cost of returning goods and we recommend that you use registered or recorded delivery as the goods will remain your responsibility until we receive them.

• We do not accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.

• You will be refunded using the same method as you paid.

•  If you wish to return your order from outside of the UK it is important the return is marked clearly as a return or import duties and fees will arise. We are not liable for these costs.
