IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
The hair bow holder will arrive with the ribbons and the sunshines / raindrops separately packaged, this is to prevent the ribbons getting tangled up. Once you unpack the ribbon there is velcro on the same side at each end. The ribbon simply attaches to the velcro on the back of the cloud and the sunshine or raindrop.
We have taken great care when designing these, reviewing the EU safety standards. We have kept the length of the ribbon short (I do not recommend the supersize length if in reach of young children) and have used a break away method to attach to the plaque (Velcro). WE MUST advise that this item is NOT A TOY, they are small parts used with the crystal studs.
